The Self-Worth Odyssey

Stage Five of Your Journey: Getting There

Your greater faith in self now makes it possible for you to turn your undivided attention to the actual fulfillment of your goals.

Research in all realms of personal endeavor indicates that focused rehearsal of the steps leading to your goals greatly improves your chances of succeeding. In the past, you were confounded by the opposing rehearsals of your Driver-A and Driver-B. Your Driver-A rehearsed a wide range of potentially successful endeavors only to have your Driver B follow-up with rehearsed images of your failure and humiliation. Because of your persistent efforts in the first four stages of your journey, you can now function exclusively from your Driver A and effectively rehearse the steps and the outcomes that you want in life.

In this, the final stage of your journey, you will learn how to create your own rehearsal imagery so you can enjoy success in the realms that are important to you. Samples of rehearsal imagery are provided to help you master the concepts and then you are given a detailed nine-step framework for creating your own rehearsal imagery. This is basically the same model used by top athletes and performers in a wide range of achievement settings.

The intriguing imagery activity, A Journey in Time takes you back in time to a European medieval town where you can, in your imagination, confirm and affirm the timeless human concepts from the imagery activities, A Choice for Hope, The Journey to Self-Worth, The Philosophy Pool and The White Horse. This very positive imagery activity reminds you to live this, your one and only life, in the most fulfilling way that you can.

The program wraps up at the end of Chapter Eight with a summary of the twelve principles of self-worth that tie everything together for you.
